The Hilton / Long Island - Huntington is what I expected from a 3-star hotel and more. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. The halls were very clean as well. The room service staff was great and very friendly. I asked for dinner plates, forks, spoons, and wine glasses and they brought it to me with a smile on the guy's face. He even offered to open my wine bottle. They took the initiative to give me cloth napkins as well when I didn't even think to ask for it. Traveling as Couple
Room service was excellent. However, the room looked like it was not used all that much, and was not very clean. The air conditioning did not work all that well. The hotel was sold out that night and couldn't get a different room. We've been to this hotel before and it is usually pretty good. Traveling as Couple
Check is was very easy. I found this to be a clean hotel, a welcoming lobby and friendly staff. The pool was at a great tempature and the lifeguard always had clean warm towels ready. For our price line price this was an awesome hotel. Go Hilton! ...read more

Very pleasantly surprised at this 3 star hotel. I travel a lot and this is much better than most 3 star hotels.
